Rehearsals are going well with a strong and a very enthusiastic cast, dancers and crew.

Due to the number of dancers and chorus this year our costume lady (Pam) is starting early. If anyone knows of anybody who could assist Pam then please let one of the production team know.

We are also very eager to contact any local businesses who may be willing to sponsor any part of the Pantomime such as scenery, costumes etc. So if you know of anyone who will be interested in assisting then please let me or one of the publicity team know.

For those who don’t know there is going to be a Pantomime extravaganza on the 27th November at the Halifax Piece Hall. We along with other societies have been invited to show case and publicise our show. We need as many people as possible to take part in this event. We are also going to use this as a photo opportunity for publicity as everyone will be in costume. Unfortunately I won’t be with you as I am away that weekend but I know you will all do the society proud. We are going to open the “Bertie & Gertie” tuck shop which will hopefully encourage kids to come and look at our stall which will also be manned by some Victim Support volunteers.

Can I thank everyone for the effort and support which has been shown so far. Let’s all keep up the hard work and I am sure we will have a fantastic and amazing pantomime our hands.
